ownERP-Chatbot Memory & Insights gives the ownERP-Chatbot a personal memory and a management view: with double opt-in (company and user), the assistant remembers per-user facts and frequent actions, and every fact can be reviewed, confirmed or dismissed by the user. Managers get usage statistics — tokens per user and model, throughput and tool success rates — preserved in daily snapshots well beyond the short-lived rate-limit window.
