Deploy - Website Hardening

This module adds the website part of the Deploy hardening settings: on request, the public pages no longer carry the identifier naming the software that produced them. Automated sweeps of the internet look for exactly that identifier to find sites matching a known weakness — a site that does not send it does not appear in those lists. The switch sits with the other Deploy hardening options, ships off, and installs itself as soon as Deploy and the website feature are both present.
