Microsoft 365 Core is the foundation every Microsoft 365 function in Odoo builds on: mail sending, contact and calendar sync all share one central, verified connection. It is set up once in the general settings — no per-user sign-in, no setup effort per employee.
One click tests the connection and, if it fails, names the concrete cause with a hint on how to fix it. A central activity log shows what happened between Odoo and Microsoft 365, how long it took and with which result; you decide whether to log nothing, errors only or everything, and how long entries are kept. Credentials are stored encrypted, never appear in the log, and are removed automatically when the database is copied for tests or training.
