Anonymous visitors use a basic version, while logged-in portal customers get tiered features such as conversation history and file upload — with real-time streaming and automatic usage limits for anonymous users. The portal chat composer auto-grows as you type and long messages collapse behind a “Show more / Show less” toggle for a cleaner experience.
