From an e-mail address to a complete lead — overnight, in bulk.
This module brings automatic company enrichment into the CRM. From a lead’s e-mail address it derives the company name, postal address and phone number — read from the company’s own website and its imprint.
It extends AI Enrichment, which does the same job on contacts. Install both to cover leads and contacts alike.

One help page in German and English, shipped inside the module. With Help Docs installed you search them in full text — and an AI assistant reads the same content through a machine-readable module card.

A button on the lead
AI Enrichment opens the proposal dialog with a source for every field — only what you tick is written back.
- The company name goes into the company field, not into the lead’s subject line
- What someone would otherwise copy out of an imprint by hand is one click away
Batch processing overnight
Leads that are older than 24 hours, have never been processed and carry an e-mail address or website are picked up in bulk. Fresh leads are left to the sales team.
- Fills empty fields only — it never overwrites
- Switched off by default, because every lead means one LLM call
Errors in plain language
If a website cannot be reached, it says so on the lead and in the chatter. Nobody has to read a server log.
Enrich a lead from any link
The new Enrich from Link
button hands the AI a page directly instead of resolving the company website — and a
near-empty result, typical of a login wall such as LinkedIn, is reported explicitly. Inherited
unchanged from eq_ai_enrichment, along with the live progress display.
A suggestion right on the lead
A lead entered without company data, with a viable route to its website, is offered the enrichment directly on the record — dismissible per lead, without blocking a later run.

What are the dependencies?
CRM and
eq_ai_enrichment, which in turn brings Odoo’s bus,
eq_ai_odoo_tools and eq_ai_base. They install automatically.
Is the batch run active after installation?
No. It is switched off by default and has to be enabled deliberately, because every processed lead causes one LLM call.
Which leads does the batch run touch?
Only leads older than 24 hours that have never been processed and carry an e-mail address or a website — and it fills empty fields only.
Do I need Odoo IAP credits?
No. Everything runs through the LLM connection configured in your own system.
Which Odoo editions are supported?
Odoo Community and Enterprise, version 19.0 — self-hosted or on Odoo.sh. Odoo Online, the hosted SaaS edition, does not accept apps from the store, so no third-party module can run there.
