On-time delivery and days to receipt at a glance.

KPI Cockpit - Purchase Receipts

Receipt-based figures for the purchase boards of the KPI Cockpit: on-time delivery rate, actual days from order to receipt, late and open receipts. The module adds no board of its own; the figures appear on the boards Purchase Overview and Vendor Performance. A click on a figure opens the receipts behind it. The module installs itself next to the purchase boards and Inventory with Purchase.

The help for this module is findable — for people and for AI

A help page ships with the module, in German and English. Full-text search finds it from inside Odoo.

AI asks
eq.helper.doc.get_capability_card(
  "eq_kpi_cockpit_purchase_stock")
The module card lists the shipped boards, their source models and how each figure is defined, so an assistant knows what a figure means before it answers.
Which vendors deliver late?

Full-text search and the module card are provided by the module Help Docs (eq_helper). This module ships the content — no extra configuration.

Features

Who delivers on time

Who delivers on time

The on-time delivery rate compares the day a receipt line was validated with the day promised on the order line, against the previous period. A chart ranks the vendors by on-time rate and a ranking lists receipts, on time, rate, average days and late per vendor.

  • The rate counts receipt lines, not quantities
  • Shown on the Purchase Overview and Vendor Performance boards

How long delivery really takes

The average days to receive run from the order confirmation to the validated receipt. A 12-month trend and a chart by vendor replace the planned lead time with what actually happened.

  • Days to receive trend over 12 months
  • Average days to receipt per vendor in the ranking

Late and open receipts

Late receipts and open receipts appear as figures, a status chart and a worklist with the late receipts in detail, so the buyer can chase them. A click opens the receipts.

  • Late means the scheduled date is before today
  • Returns, dropshipping and receipts without a purchase order are not counted

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Odoo editions are supported?

The module runs on Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise, version 19.0 — self-hosted or on Odoo.sh. Odoo Online, the hosted SaaS edition, does not accept apps from the store, so no third-party module can run there.

Which figures does the module add?

It adds no board of its own. Purchase Overview gets on-time delivery rate, late receipts, open receipts, a receipt status chart and the worklist "Late receipts detail". Vendor Performance gets on-time delivery rate, average days to receive, late receipts, two charts for the days to receive, vendors by on-time rate and the ranking "Delivery performance".

What are the dependencies?

Requires the Odoo modules eq_kpi_cockpit_purchase (KPI Cockpit - Purchase, Equitania) and purchase_stock (Inventory with Purchase). Odoo installs them automatically; this module installs itself as soon as all are present. It needs no Python package.

Who sees the boards?

Users of the KPI Cockpit who belong to the purchase group "User" or a group above it. The figures follow each user's own access rights and record rules.

When does a receipt count as on time?

When the receipt line was validated on or before the day promised on the order line (planned date, calendar day, UTC). The rate is the share of receipt lines, not of quantities, so it can differ from the standard rate on the vendor form. Order dates can be moved after the fact: the promise used is the one currently on the order line.

Do I have to build anything on the boards?

No. On installation the module adds its figures to the existing purchase boards, also in databases where those boards already exist. Your own changes to the boards stay in place.

Can I change the boards?

Yes, with the group "KPI Cockpit / Administrator" under KPI Cockpit → Configuration. The boards are loaded once, so your changes are kept when the module is updated.

What is the technical name?

eq_kpi_cockpit_purchase_stock.

Will it work after an Odoo update within the same major version?

Yes, within 19.0.x. Major version upgrades are delivered as a new module version.
