Applications and hires
The Recruitment board counts new and open applications and the hires of the period against the previous period. Hires per month run over twelve months.

Time to hire and hire rate
Time to hire is the average of Odoo's own measure, from the assignment of the recruiter to the hire. The hire rate is the share of hired applicants among the decided applications of the last 12 months.

Which Odoo editions are supported?
The module runs on Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise, version 19.0 — self-hosted or on Odoo.sh. Odoo Online, the hosted SaaS edition, does not accept apps from the store, so no third-party module can run there.
Which boards are included?
One, with 15 widgets: Recruitment. It also adds four widgets to the board HR Overview of the module KPI Cockpit - Employees. In a German interface the boards are called "Bewerbermanagement" and "Personal im Überblick".
What are the dependencies?
