Find the attachments nothing points to — and see the size before you delete.
Over the years an Odoo database collects files from deleted records, discarded drafts and abandoned imports. They occupy space and lengthen every backup, but nothing links to them any more. This module identifies them through four independent checks, shows how many files and how many megabytes are involved, and deletes only after you confirm — writing every run to an audit log.

Features
Four checks before a file counts as unused
A file is only marked when it appears in no relation, no message, no HTML text and no URL reference. A single check would produce false positives — and a false positive here means a deleted document.
Field contents are never touched
Files that are the value of a data field — a company logo, a product image, a stored signature — are excluded from the scan outright. They can never be caught by a cleanup run.
See the size, then decide
Before anything is removed, a dialog states how many files are affected and how much space they occupy. Nothing disappears unseen — and the number is often the argument for or against buying more disk.
An audit log for every run
Start, end, duration, files scanned, marked and deleted, plus the space freed and any errors. That turns a housekeeping job into something you can show a data protection officer.
Multi-company aware, and quiet by default
The scan stays within the companies the user is entitled to. A daily background check can be switched on, but ships disabled — a cleanup tool should not start working on its own.

Can it delete a document I still need?
A file is only proposed when four independent checks all find no reference to it, and files serving as a field value are excluded entirely. On top of that, nothing is deleted until you confirm the preview. If in doubt, run the scan first and review the marked files without deleting.
How much space will it actually free?
That depends entirely on the history of your database. Run the scan without deleting: the preview names the figure for your system, which is the only meaningful answer.
Which Odoo editions are supported?
The module runs on Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise, version 19.0 — self-hosted or on Odoo.sh. Odoo Online, the hosted SaaS edition, does not accept apps from the store, so no third-party module can run there.
Which other modules does it require?
It requires base, base_setup, mail. Odoo resolves and installs these dependencies itself when you install the module.
Under which license is the module published?
The module is published under the LGPL-3 open-source license.
Will it keep working after an Odoo update?
Yes, within 19.0.x. A move to the next major Odoo version is delivered as a new module version.
