For example, we have completely replaced the Odoo standard reports with QWeb from version 10 of Odoo by the specially developed FastReports. 

Improvements in our own modules since version 8 and currently for Odoo 12 and 13, as well as customer-specific adaptations are realized by us. 

In projects we work according to the SCRUM Method. You as a customer get access to our GitLabThere you maintain your user stories, which are then implemented by our SCRUM teams in one or more sprints.
